REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please register by mail no later than January 23, 2015, as we need to confirm numbers as soon as possible. All information in this packet can be found online at:

Your reunion registration fee includes Friday Night’s Family Social, Saturday’s Group tour of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Saturday’s Family Picnic in the Park, and Saturday’s Formal Banquet. The Family Reunion T-shirt is an additional cost.

In order to meet mandatory prepaid expenses that require reservations and deposits to secure facilities, we are requesting that you complete your registration in full by January 23, 2015 or adhere to the installment plans as listed below:

2015 Family Reunion Fees:

Adults (and kids 11 years & up): $65

Children (ages 4-10 years old): $25

Seniors (age 70+): $25

Infants & Toddlers (Under 4 years): FREE*

T-Shirts are $11 Adults/$11 for Youth. If you would like a family reunion t-shirt for your toddler, you will need to pay $8/shirt. A copy of the T-shirt design is included in this packet. If using the installment plan; T-shirt fees must be paid in full in the 1st Installment.

 

Installment Payments:

Payment #1: An initial non-refundable deposit of $25 per adult/$10 per child is due on or before January 23, 2015.

Payment #2: A second payment of $20 per adult/$10 per child is due on or before March 25, 2015.

Payment #3: The final payment of $20 per adult/$5 per child is due on or before May 27, 2015.

NOTE: Registration and/or payments made after May 27, 2015 must include a $25.00 per person late fee!!!

Registration Forms received with full payment and postmarked on or prior to January 31, 2015 will be entered into a drawing for the following items:
